NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Town Board Meeting for the Town of Port Wing, in the county of Bayfield, State of Wisconsin, for transaction of business as is by law required or permitted to be transacted at such meeting will be will be held at the Port Wing Fire Hall:

MARCH 10, 2025 MONDAY @ 7pm (at Fire Hall)

FOR THE PURPOSE OF:

READING OF THE MINUTES, AND TREASURER’S REPORTS.

CITIZEN INPUT:

• Planning Commission –Dock Grant update. Application to WI DNR grant and 3 yr harbor plan.

• Park Commission Ordinance

FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT:

• Updates from the Fire Department/Ambulance report – Water/Ice Rescue

• Need purchase info on DNR grant for turn out gear. Need to have spent $18,200 to get reimbursed for $9,100.

The grant report is due to the DNR by April 15th

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

• Solar/EV Projects –

• Blacktop/Road projects –

• Emergency Plan and Policy Handbook – review draft

• Town Equipment Inventory & Assessment

• Kinney Valley Culvert – grant paperwork

NEW BUSINESS:

• Town of Washburn Comprehensive Plan Meeting March 6th
