NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Town Board Meeting for the Town of Port Wing, in the county of Bayfield, State of Wisconsin, for transaction of business as is by law required or permitted to be transacted at such meeting will be will be held at the Port Wing Fire Hall:

READING OF THE MINUTES, AND TREASURER’S REPORTS.

• John Schmahl – Driveway Ordinance

• Letter from “Concerned Port Wing Citizen”

FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT:

• Updates from the Fire Department/Ambulance report

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

• Blacktop/Road projects

• Solar Project Updates

• Emergency Plan and Policy Handbook – review draft

• Town Equipment Inventory & Assessment

• Driveway Ordinance – Application review and discussion

NEW BUSINESS:

• Burning garbage in town – complaints received.

• Handicap Toilets in Old Fire Hall – concern over proper procedure.

• Road at end of Flagg River Road – needs repair

• Town road signs need to be “righted” up.

• Playground – rotting stumps. Should they be removed?
