Discussed culvert replacement on White Birch Road. Cannot put insert and needs a full culvert replacement. Olson Bros gave estimate for replacement of $12110 – not including the actual cost of the culvert. The project will require a 48×80 dual wall culvert. Had discussions with Bob Anderson from Bayfield County and will try to get it replaced this year using emergency funds.
ZONING REQUESTS:
OPERATOR’S INPUT: Troy reported on recent activities of the Town Crew: One plow is down with cylinder hydraulic issues. Getting complaints about snow plowing and not removing enough snow. Troy is trying to keep as much gravel on the roads as possible and this is why there was some snow left on the roads. Paserware report has been submitted. Sewer pump is down and will need replacement. Looking for a different subcontractor out of Minneapolis. DuWayne reported on resident on Fireplace Road and figuring out the best way to turn around the plow on that road.
