NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Town Board Meeting for the Town of Port Wing, in the county of Bayfield, State of Wisconsin, for transaction of business as is by law required or permitted to be transacted at such meeting will be will be held at the Port Wing Fire Hall:

October 10 (TUESDAY), 2023 @ 7pm (at Fire Hall)

FOR THE PURPOSE OF:

READING OF THE MINUTES, AND TREASURER’S REPORTS.

CITIZEN INPUT:

• Planning Committee Report

FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT:

• Updates from the Fire Department/Ambulance report SSAA Budget
• Resolution for Fire Department-Governing Docs
• Turn Out Gear funding – any update?

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

• Solar/EV Projects – any update?
• Blacktop projects – any update? TRID and LRIP
• Sewer extension on 5th Street – Review Ad – Request for Bids
• No Camping sign at harbor – review quote for signs
• Flu Clinic – Bayfield County Health Dept Nov 1st 5-7pm at Town Hall and Oct 11 12-2pm at First Lutheran Church
• Bayfield County Zoning – Ordinance Amendments – ATVs on County Hwys
