CFAP is available to Northland residents and provides nutritional boxes of food like mixed dairy,  produce, pre-cooked meats and/or cheese. There are no eligibility restrictions (like income or city/state  residency) to participate.

Anyone in need of food assistance is eligible.

Additional Information: 

• Distributions are a low-contact, safe, drive-through format
• We’ll only need basic information from you, like number of children, adults and/or seniors in your household and your zip code
• Please make sure your vehicle has capacity for 1-2 boxes of food
• Please plan to appropriately wear a face mask during service
