NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Town Board Meeting for the Town of Port Wing, in the county of Bayfield, State of Wisconsin, for transaction of business as is by law required or permitted to be transacted at such meeting will be will be held at the Port Wing Town Hall.

READING OF THE MINUTES, AND TREASURER’S REPORTS.

FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT:  Updates from the Fire Department/Ambulance report

CITIZEN INPUT:  None

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

Update on Kinney Valley Bridge Project – report by Ken. Loan has been approved by the Board of Commissioners of Public Lands.  We have 4 months to draw funds.

Nicoletti – Water and Sewer at 92930 White Birch Road – Update

LRIP Meetings

Domain set up for .gov website/emails – still a struggle.  Working with Superior Lighthouse on domain issues.

Blacktop – Sent email to Mark Abeles-Allison and Lynn Divine requesting funds for Touve, White Birch and Grand Ave with quotes from Northwoods Paving. New funding opportunities with the DOT and the expected Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL).  Applications due by April 1^st.

Bayfield County Housing Authority looking for Affordable Housing sites

Bayfield County issued new cutting permit on Tax ID 28096

Old School Sign – does the town want it?

Rural Mutual – received check for damaged building at the baseball field

No Guns/Weapons allowed in town buildings – resolution – signage

ZONING: Mark Greenslit 7270 Quarry Shores Rd – Special Use permit for shoreline stabilization
