• Citizen’s Input –
o Planning Committee. Gayle Gonsior – Scott Jardine brought up difficulty reaching the Army Corp of Engineer to get clarification on whether the project would be classified as maintenance or repairs. To receive any State/Federal grants, we will need to renew harbor lease for 20 years.

Motion by Carrie Hoagland, second by Ken Bodeen to accept the award from Xcel Energy and approve the construction of the concrete pad. All in favor. Indoor Holiday decorations are put away. Outdoor decorations still need to be taken down and stored. The AARP grant was submitted by Judy Lundquist, Sheila Bergman, and Pam Holt. This grant is for acoustic improvements in the town hall with a laptop, projector, and screen for presentations/movies. We will hear back in May if we are awarded the grant. South Shore students need projects for their Community Service Day. It was suggested they help with trails and trees at Twin Falls Park. There is still a gas smell at the town hall. We may need to replace the heat exchanger.
o Mickie Budge wanted to get the AI Data Centers on the Town Board’s radar in case they are approached by any companies/persons that want to build in the South Shore. Discussed their tactic of NDAs and how keep the constituents in the dark.
