Hello Everyone,

I wanted to formally introduce myself. My name is Desi Niewinski and I am the new Short Term Rental specialist for Bayfield County. My position is working with both the Health Department as well as the Planning and Zoning Department on Short Term Rentals specifically.

Attached is a document I created that helps outline steps and give updated pricing information on how to apply for a Short Term Rental within Bayfield County. There is a link at the top of the page that is connected to Bayfield County’s Vacation Rental website that has some additional information, and my contact information is also listed at the bottom of the page. I wanted to pass along this document so it can be given to community members who are interested in applying for Short Term Rentals who may come into the town offices.
