NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Town Board Meeting for the Town of Port Wing, in the county of Bayfield, State of Wisconsin, for transaction of business as is by law required or permitted to be transacted at such meeting will be will be held at the Port Wing Fire Hall:

MAY 12, 2025, MONDAY AT 7:00 PM

FOR THE PURPOSE OF:

READING OF THE MINUTES, AND TREASURER’S REPORTS.

CITIZEN INPUT:

• Planning Commission –Harbor

• Park Commission – Swearing in officers

FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT:

• Updates from the Fire Department/Ambulance report – Water/Ice Rescue

• Need purchase info on DNR grant for turn out gear. Request for Reimbursement submitted

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

• Bid Opening for Grand Ave – Delayed for timing. Set special meeting

• Solar/EV Projects

• Blacktop/Road projects –

• Emergency Plan and Policy Handbook – review draft

• Town Equipment Inventory & Assessment

NEW BUSINESS:

• New Driveway access for South Shore School

• Preliminary CSM for South Shore School District

• Fire Hall availability for meetings, etc.

• Hiring process for part-time seasonal employees

• Liquor License renewals

• Special Meeting set for June 16th for Town Board & Village Powers
