Meeting called to order at 7 pm, by Chairman, Scott Jardine. Pledge of Allegiance. Present were Scott Jardine, Ken Bodeen, Carri Hoagland, Pam Holt, Nora Tribys, Brett Bodeen, Sam Kurland, and Troy Kavajecz. Motion was made to accept the meeting minutes Budget meeting and Town Meeting from 12-4-2023 Ken Bodeen, second by Carri Hoagland. All in favor. Motion was made by Ken Bodeen, second by Carri Hoagland to accept the December 2023 Treasurer report. All in favor.

Citizen’s Input –

• Comprehensive Plan – Bill Hettler reported copies were sent out to required agencies.
• Fire Department/EMT. Reviewed Fire Department and EMT reports. ON GOING BUSINESS:

• Solar Project/EV/Microgrid – No update.
• Blacktop projects –LRIP will be awarded in March. No new info on entitlement projects.
  We can possibly group projects together to achieve minimum funding requirements
• District Meeting will be March 18-19 with BOR training available.
• Sewer extension on 5th St. Need to advertise for bids.
• Port Wing signs – Carri working with Art Teacher for student designs.
• Fish Cleaning Station at Harbor. Need to get a sketch for the Army Corp of Engineers for approval.NEW BUSINESS:

• Wisconsin DOT Small Bridge/Culvert Program – Local Govt Inventory reviewed
• Northwest Regional Housing Rehabilitation Program reviewed brochureZONING REQUESTS: None

  OPERATOR’S INPUT: Troy discussed CMAR Report – resolution to fix. Took measurements on Fish Cleaning Station at harbor. Xcel invoice – Pam to get sales tax taken off billing. Installed three radios but new radios do not talk to old radios. Need tire on backhoe.

  Next meeting set for February 12, 2024, at 7pm AT FIRE HALL. Meeting adjourned by Ken Bodeen, second by Carri Hoagland. All in favor.
