Meeting called to order at 1:00 pm to open bids for the proposed sewer project: One bid received from Tribovich Construction, LLC for the following: Sewer main installation, clean outs and manhole tie in. Approximately 2801 ft. 8” sewer: 1,150 feet 6” sewer. Price includes Mobilization and demobilization, labor and equipment. Place sand, gravel, backfill and shape all disturbed areas: ready for seed, mulch and fertilizer. Price: $24,500.00.
An additional bid from Tribovich Construction, LLC for inspection, testing, oversight and coordination of sewer main installation for a total bid of $5,600.00.
Since this was the only bid received the thought was there was a possibility additional bids could be in the mail. Motion by Ken Bodeen, with a second by Russell Bailey we should reconvene again a week from today on June 1st. to award the bid.

No other bids received, motion by Ken Bodeen, second by Russell Bailey to accept the bid from Tribovich Construction, LLC for $24,500.00. Motion carried.
