e. Meetings and reporting criteria

         i. As a board appointed by the Town of Port Wing we must follow open meeting laws, publish meeting dates in 3 places at least 1 week in advance of meetings, and follow Robert’s Rules of Order

        ii.Report to the Town at the April Annual meeting each year

        iii. Make budget requests at the Town Board’s October budget meeting for requests for the following year

        iv. Choose a contact person with the Town crew

         v. Determine meeting times and place
